The moment
We can't think our way through this.
The pace of change has outrun our ability to think our way through it.
AI is taking on more of the thinking and doing that most of us built our working lives around, while climate, economies and institutions shift at the same time. Better analysis won't get us out of this. We need a different kind of intelligence.
Imadreneering is a six-day immersion that develops that other intelligence: sensing. Small cohorts use master plant ceremony to step outside habitual thinking and build shared pictures of what could come next.

Why now
This is an emergentcy.
An emergency and an emergence, at the same time. What's breaking down and what's breaking through are the same moment.
For most of us, worth has been built on what we know and what we can do. Machines now think faster than we do, and they don't stop. Roles, skills and identities that felt solid are being automated, and many people are experiencing it as loss.
There's an older pattern underneath. We learned to name and categorise the world, and over time we started living inside the categories. AI is that pattern running at full speed. Competing with it on its own terms is a race we've already lost.
What machines can't do is sense. That capacity is ours, and it's the one we've trained least. If machines handle the how, people need to get much better at the why.
This transition isn't optional, and it won't wait. The only choice is whether we go through it reactively or deliberately.
The questions we work with
We don't start with answers.
Each cohort works with a small set of open questions and stays with them for six days.
What is the human experience outside of mind?
If machines do the doing, what meaning do people bring to it?
What in the current world needs to end, and what is trying to emerge?
What will people need to come through this transition well?
An invitation to receive an invitation
Something is trying to come into being. Many of you have felt it as a restlessness, a sense that something is missing.
It asks to be imagined. Not designed, not decided. Heard, and then made real enough for others to step inside.
It can only arrive through people, and through people together. It will ask something of you. Saying yes means staying the course.
How it works
Six days, five nights, three circles.
Each programme is a master plants ceremony for a small cohort of like minds. The medicines are ayahuasca, San Pedro, rapé, kambo and bufo.
A beautifully hosted space in nature
Somewhere to land, rest and be looked after, so attention can go where it's needed.
A medicine space held by experienced shamans
The ceremonies are led by people who have carried this work for many years.
A sensing space held by experienced practitioners
Facilitators who help the cohort capture what it senses, find the patterns and turn them into something real.
The work happens inside the ceremony, not after it.
The medicines quiet habitual thinking, and the circle is set up so people can capture, share and build on what they sense while it's happening.
Arrive
Meet the cohort, build trust, and agree one shared question.
Ceremony
The medicines do the clearing. No agenda, nothing to perform.
Capture
Materials and witnesses are on hand through the night, so what's sensed is recorded rather than lost. Some people speak and draw even in the deepest part of the night; others don't, and that's fine.
Find the patterns
Fragments are shared and the group looks for where they connect.
Make
The shared picture becomes first prototypes.
Integrate
Practical support to carry it back into work and life.
Safety is built in
Every applicant is screened for plant medicine experience and health before any place is offered, because the cohort commits to the full programme and some of these medicines don't mix with common prescriptions or certain health conditions. When someone's needs and the creative work compete, their needs come first.
How we hold it
Operating principles
Sense first, then think
Thinking still matters. It just comes second.
Coherence, not consensus
We look for where perspectives line up, rather than forcing agreement.
Create conditions, not outcomes
Nothing useful can be forced. Our job is to set things up so it can emerge.
Play is a method
People find more when they're not trying to be right.
Possibilities, not predictions
We're mapping what could be, not forecasting what will be.
Commit to the whole
Everyone commits to the full six days. The work depends on a cohort that stays together through the hard parts, which is why we screen carefully for experience.
What comes out
We don't know yet. That's deliberate.
If we could predict the outputs, we wouldn't need the process. We expect books, songs and podcasts, and support networks for people going through the transition. Some participants will start projects together. Some will change how they lead.
And we expect new roles to emerge: a new kind of coach, a new kind of transition leader, people equipped to help others through what's coming because they've been through it themselves. What's made belongs to the people who make it.
Who it's for
For people who want to get ahead of it.
People who can see the change coming and want to get ahead of it rather than react to it. Leaders, founders, makers, artists and organisers: people whose choices will shape how others come through the next decade.
Each programme brings together a cohort of like minds.
Many arrive having felt this shift on their own for some time. Part of the value is meeting the others who feel it too, and leaving with people to build alongside.
Summer 2027
The first wave.
This is the first of what we expect to be many programmes like it. As change accelerates, more people will need ways to sense their way forward, and work like this will become normal. Right now it's early, and the people who go first will help shape what follows.
Register interest
Tell us what you're sensing.
Registering isn't a booking. We read every registration personally, and we'll be in touch as locations and dates are confirmed. Before any place is offered, there's a conversation and a screening for plant medicine experience and health.
